Thanks for everything. The food was fantastic. The hog really adds to the presentation and creates a good talking point. Although we didn’t quite hit the catered numbers there was nothing wasted as the staff took home the hog bags you had left. The feedback for the day was very positive and everybody enjoyed it and as you said Mike Summerbee was definitely a fan of the crackling. We booked the Crazy Hog for our engagement party in February, it was freezing inside and out. Thank heaven for the Crazy Hog. On all levels this service is amazing. Communication beforhand excellent. It was so much easier to use than I had imagined Guests and neighbours commented on the wonderful aroma coming from our garden as they approached the house. The meat was cooked to perfection - our friends were stunned by the site of the meat cooking before their eyes. We had several guests who are used to catering for masses or are professional chefs and they were very impressed. I think you'll be getting a lot more business!
