Burns Night - 25 Januarymenu design

A Burns Night supper is a celebration of the life and poetry of the poet Robert Burns, author of many Scots poems including "Auld Lang Syne," which is generally sung as a folk song at Hogmanay and other New Year celebrations around the world. The suppers are normally held on or near the poet's birthday, 25 January.

Australia Day - 26 Januarymenu design

Australia Day, also known as Anniversary Day and Foundation Day, is the official national day of Australia. Celebrated annually on 26 January, the day commemorates the arrival of the First Fleet at Sydney Cove in 1788, the unfurling of the British flag there, and the proclamation of British sovereignty over the eastern seaboard of Australia. Chinese New Year - 26 January menu design

Chinese New Year or Spring Festival is the most important of the traditional Chinese holidays. It is often called the Lunar New Year, especially by people in mainland China and Taiwan. The festival traditionally begins on the first day of the first month in the Chinese calendar and ends on the 15th; this day is called Lantern Festival. What a great excuse to have another New's Year Eve.

St. David's Day - 1 March menu design

St. David's Day is the feast day of Saint David, the patron saint of Wales, and falls on 1 March each year. We have a dedicated menu that helps to celebrate this day - Welsh-style.


St. Patrick's Day - 17 March

St. Patrick's Day, colloquially St. Paddy's Day or simply Paddy's Day, is an annual feast day which celebrates Saint Patrick,, the most commonly recognised of the patron saints of Ireland, and is generally celebrated on 17th of March.

The day is the national holiday of Ireland but it is widely celebrated throughout the world.

St. George's Day Medieval Banquet - 23 April St George

For England, St. George's Day also marks its National Day. Most countries which observe St. George's Day celebrate it on April 23, the traditionally accepted date of Saint George's death in 303 A.D. We want to make St. George's Day as big as St. Patrick's Day so celebrate in style with our dedicated menu, that celebrates all things English. Our medieval banquet menu of leek & potato soup, chunky bread, spit roasted pig, potato and onion hot pot and chicken on the pot - yummee!

America Day - 4 July

In the United States, Independence Day, commonly known as the Fourth of July, is a federal holiday commemorating the adoption of the Declaration of Independence on July 4, 1776, declaring independence from the Kingdom of Great Britain. Independence Day is commonly associated with fireworks, parades, barbecues, carnivals, fairs, picnics, concerts, baseball games, political speeches and ceremonies, and various other public and private events celebrating the history, government, and traditions of the United States. Independence Day is the national day of the United States

Halloween - 31 October halloween

Halloween (also spelled Hallowe’en) is a holiday celebrated on October 31. It has roots in the Celtic festival of Samhain and theChristianholy day of All Saints’ Day. The day is often associated with the colors orange and black, and is strongly associated with symbols such as the jack-o'-lantern. Halloween activities include trick-or-treating, ghost tours, bonfires, costume parties, visiting haunted attractions, carving jack-o'-lanterns, reading scary stories, and watching horror movies. Pumpkin & Honey Soup, Chicken & Vegetable Stew with Dumplings and Apple Bobbins will be a treat for your guests.

Guy Fawkes Night - 5 Novemberbonfire

Guy Fawkes Night or Bonfire Night,is an annual celebration on the evening of the 5th of November. It celebrates the foiling of the Gunpowder Plot of the 5 November, 1605, in which a number of Catholic conspirators, including Guy Fawkes, were alleged to be attempting to blow up the Houses of Parliament, in London, England. Festivities are centred on the use of fireworks and the lighting of bonfires. Warm your guests up with a nice Spicy Tomato & Bean Soup, Chicken & Bean Hot Pot and Toffee Apples.

New Year's Eve - 31 December xmas

New Year's Eve is on December 31, the final day of the Gregorian year, and the day before New Year's Day. New Year's Eve is a separate observance from the observance of New Year's Day. In modern Western practice, New Year's Eve is celebrated with parties and social gatherings spanning the transition of the year at midnight.
